From start to finish, she was very  professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. She explained the process clearly, answered my questions, and made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier to navigate.

I especially appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to make sure I understood the agreements and paperwork before moving forward. I always felt like my questions and concerns were taken seriously.

She never made us feel like our questions were too much, and she was always there to walk us through each step of the process.

Adoption can be an emotional journey, and having someone who was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also genuinely caring made such a difference for our family. She handled everything with such professionalism, and because of her expertise and attention to detail, the actual adoption process went incredibly smoothly. I can only imagine the rest of the staff is just as wonderful and knowledgeable.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  We took our parents to see Grace Terrell to update their estate planning.  We were so impressed at her level of knowledge regarding this matter.  I used to work on estates at my former job.  She knew so much more than I ever did.  She taught us about estate taxes and getting the estate in order to avoid probate.  It will be difficult enough to lose a loved one.  We won’t need any additional stress.
